Toshiba Corp. is recalling 41,000 laptop because of concerns they could overheat where the AC adapter plugs in. The recall involves the Toshiba Satellite T123, Satellite T135D and Satellite Pro T130 models. They were sold from August 2009 until last month. The company recommends that customers download its BIOS computer software from its website, which it said will detect whether a laptop is overheating, and, if needed, direct users to contact information for a free repair.

This happen again after Toshiba recall it’s A-series laptop in 2007/2008 where there was a defect in it’s battery unit. I remember because I use A100 laptop. So do you want to consider another laptop. :) Anyway I am still using the defect Toshiba laptop until now but using AC adaptor.
